Sebastian “Sam” Margaglio is the Owner and President of Dynamic Orthotic & Prosthetic Services. He opened DOS in 1999, but has been serving the Acadiana area since 1988. Sam is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics with more than 45 years of orthotic experience. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy and is a Vietnam Veteran. Sam has a vast knowledge of biomechanics and orthotic concepts. He extends his knowledge to routinely address the difficult cases of all ages.
Michelle Castille has been working for DOS since 2006 as an ABC Certified Prosthetist and BOC Certified Orthotist. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Certificate in Prosthetics from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Michelle is trained and certified in vacuum suspension, microprocessor knees, myoelectric and many other technologies. She is experienced in both upper and lower extremity prosthetics and orthotics. She has a passion for pediatrics, but enjoys working with patients of all ages to regain independence, confidence and an improved quality of life.

Michael “Mike” Margaglio is an ABC Certified Prosthetic and Orthotic Assistant who has worked for DOS since 2006. Mike has an Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Orthotic Technologies from Century College in White Bear Lake, MN. He has over 20 years of experience fabricating orthotic and prosthetic devices.
Patient Care Coordinator
Kim Daville has been a great addition to the DOS family since January 2012. Her previous experience working in the medical field allows her to confront the challenges seen in the O&P field. Kim has worked in multiple areas in our office giving her the ability to assist in any capacity. Kim strives to meet the needs of every patient whether on the phone or in our office.
Joe Lett joined the DOS family as an orthotic and prosthetic technician in 2013. He is a trained physical therapy technician. He is always trying to expand his knowledge and techniques in the fabrication of orthotics and prosthetics. He has a drive to produce the best work possible and has become a great asset to the company.

Paige Melancon has been a part of DOS’s family since 2011. She has a vast knowledge of the documentation and insurance requirements. She is dedicated to ensuring patients’ understand their insurance coverage. She works closely with healthcare providers and patients to navigate through the insurance process.
